PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING A BID

In an effort to make sure we have enough time to properly complete our bids We ask that you observe the following

1. let us know as soon as possible whether you will or will not be bidding , by either calling, faxing, or e-mailing

2. make your own arrangements to obtain copies of the plans and specifications (we will assist you by letting you know where you can get the plans and specs, what the cost is, and whether partials are available)

3. fill out the Request for Quote form, making sure you completely describe the scope of work you are bidding on, any exclusions, and sign (in ink) the Request for Quote

4. Fax us a copy as soon as possible, remembering that we will require the original signed Request for Quote before the bid date

5. we would like to receive your bids at least 72 hours before the bid date and time, however, bids must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the bid date and time...bids received after that will not be considered
